Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, we will allow you to move your registration to any future course, without any penalty. Just contact us at 727-808-6663 to arrange for this transfer.

Cancellations that are received more than 30 days prior to the course date will be reimbursed at 100% if the payment was paid with a credit card and no more than 60 days prior to the date of the cancellation. Payments that were received more than 60 days prior to the cancellation date or payments made by personal check, cash or money order payments will be refunded minus a $7,50 processing fee.
Cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days prior to the course will be 90% refunded
Cancellations made less then 14 days prior to the course will be 80% refunded
Cancelletions not received prior to the end of business day the day before the seminar, or refunds request received after the seminar was missed will only be offered to transfer to a future course, within the same licensing period. No refund will be offered.
All online seminars need to be completed within 30 days.This timeframe can be extended but only upon written reuest in the form of an email to info@suncoastseminars.com
Refunds for online seminars will be subject to a 20% re processing fee if requested within 5 calendar days before the end of the 30 day window. Refund requests made after the 30 day window has been expired will be dealt with on a one to one basis.
People who register to pay by check on the day of the seminar and do not show up will be held liable for a $20 payment. A bill will be sent out.
